We are delighted that the following learner drivers, who are all from the Richmond area have now completed the learner syllabus and are now proud owners of full driving licences.
Congratulations to Matthew Wallace of Whitton, Richmond who passed his practical driving test August 13th 1st time with a clear round. He had ZERO driver faults!!
Matthew’s father is a retired Policeman and the practice with Dad had something to do with the excellent result as it gave him extra confidence. He was still making a
few errors right up to his test however he focused very well on the drive.
I was in the back of the car during the test and I felt really comfortable with the drive. “It was a very Nicedrive” said the examiner.

Congratulations to Miss Mereidith Webb of Richmond on passing her practical driving test August 15th.
This pass was made even more special as it was the same day as her boyfriend passed his test!!

Congratulations to Mr Liam Clarke of Richmond who passed his practical driving test on the 21st of September at his 1st attempt.
It was a very competent drive and he handled the hilly area of his test
with ease.
Liam studied Spanish and is fluent so I learnt a few new words on the lessons. I taught his sister Cathleen who also passed
1st time with NiceDrive in October last year.

“I chose NiceDrive because of recommendations from friends. I also wanted a good structure to the learning.
I found learning to drive to be not as hard to
pick up as I expected but then things like turning corners and junctions were more technical than I expected.
Seamus had clear methods of
doing things like parking and indicating. It needed practice but made
more sense with time. Also the emails with lesson scores were useful to see how it was progressing and what needed working on.
I will be recommending the school to others because I learnt something new every lesson and at a good pace. The time was all used well.”
Congratulations to Ben Davies of Richmond who passed his practical driving test 1st time on December 18th at
Southall Test Centre.
I sat in on the test and he had to deal with very heavy traffic. At one point he had to remain stationary while the traffic lights on a roundabout changed from Red to Green and back again three times!
The road ahead was blocked with stationary traffic so Ben kept his cool
and stayed where he was until the way ahead was clear.
Many full licence holders would not have dealt with the situation as
well as he did.

Congratulations to Ella Tynan of Richmond who passed her practical driving test 1st time in Isleworth on February 19th.
I sat in on the test and it was a very competent drive.
Ella did a lot of her lessons after a long day at school in Central London, so many lessons were in the dark.
Ella took all that in her stride and got the result she wanted.
